Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your order status.

Shipping Time & Delivery

Estimated Delivery Time: 5-7 business days (including processing & transit time).

Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, festivals, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 will have a shipping charge of ₹99.
• COD Orders: Additional ₹99 COD fee applies.
• Final shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order value.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your candle arrives damaged, broken, or missing, please email us at moemm.chandler@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with images of the damaged product.

Our team will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund as per our policy.
